A husband and wife are in their home, he sitting in a chair reading a newspaper and she standing nearby holding a travel brochure. She is dreaming about traveling to Europe for a summer vacation. The headline on the newspaper is "Tax proposal on travel outside Western Hemisphere exceeding seven dollars per day," and he says to her, "Ya better settle for Nantasket Beach!"

Humphrey is portrayed as a young boy, dressed in clothing and straw hat reminiscent of the early 1900s, and a donkey dressed in a plaid suit is holding his hand. Humphrey says, "I think I like that one!"
