A very tall stack of papers labeled "Other problems" is beside him on the desk. Outside is a man labeled, "Potential candidate for the '69 mayoral race." He is standing on a overflowing garbage can labeled, "Garbage strike," and is looking looks in the window at Schiro. The cartoon caption reads, "On the job training."
