From the Rare Books Collection. A pamphlet regarding round table discussions on post-war thinking by the Hattiesburg, Mississippi Rotary Club. Included are six compiled reports of round table discussions where each group was asked to discuss a different question about economic recovery and a return to an independent and democratic way of life after the end of World War II. Questions discussed include national and local job creation, concerns about a continuation of the kind of centralized planning that is necessary during a time of war, and preservation of the American way of life against concerns about totaltarianism and an encroach of Communism.
