From the Mississippiana and Rare Books Collection. The revised edition of the Earnest Workers' Cook Book compiled by the Greenwood Grocery Company. The book contains recipes for soups, meats, fish, croquettes, salads, salad dressings, vegetables, bread, omelets, cakes, pies and puddings, pickles, ices, candies, and general cooking tips. Pages 1 through 4 are torn on the bottom and three pages of hand written notes are included in the back.
