Over the horizon, a woman labeled "Red China" has eaten part of a onion she took from a bag labeled "Possible test-firing of long-range missile in '69." With mouth open wide, the woman breathes in Uncle Sam's face. Her breath is labeled "Greater offensive capability." The woman wears a necklace of missiles, and her earrings have bombs on them. The cartoon caption reads, "Worse breath?"

On a screen, the film being projected shows the words, "Obscene movies shown in privacy of own home okayed by Supreme Court." A booklet on the floor near the child has "Smut okayed, too."
