Civil Rights Collection. <br>Report by Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agent of the New Orleans office on the progress of the investigation of the attack on Lawrence Spears, David Owen, and Rabbi Arthur Lelyveld. The memo names suspects as Clifton Archie Keys and Kilmer Estus Keys. States that the latter surrendered and was subsequently charged, and a warrant has been issued for Clifton Archie Keys. Portions of the document are blacked out.
