From the Helfrich (Robert B.) Papers. The 1998 court reporter's transcript of trial of Sam Bowers, former Imperial Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan, in connection with the murder of Vernon F. Dahmer, Sr. in January 1966. Bowers was convicted of murder and arson and received a sentence of life in prison.
