Eisenhower's face and head sits atop a cliff that overlooks a mountain road. The boulder is labeled "Ike's reluctance." A man labeled [William W.] Scranton is trying to lever the boulder off the cliff. Barry Goldwater is seen driving a convertible around a curve in the road below the boulder. On the cliff behind Scranton, Runtz's signature cat stands with a pen and pad next to a flag that reads "Stop Goldwater...or else." The cartoon caption reads, "Perhaps if I dis-Lodge this...?"
