Description: From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Ed Valtman. Richard Nixon, dressed as an eye doctor, stands beside an eye chart and points to it with his pencil. Letters on the chart spell out "ABM vote crucial" on the first three lines and "National defense" on the fourth and fifth lines. An elderly man labeled "Congress" looks at the chart and says, "Sorry, can't see below the third line."
