An order written by Confederate General Robert E. Lee, dated 3 February 1864, to a division commander, General Jubal Anderson Early. Lee commends units of the Army of the Tennessee that have re-enlisted in the Confederate Army, specifically Hart's Battery, Battle's Brigade, Dole's Brigade, Ramseur's Brigade, Johnson's Brigade, Daniel's Brigade, the 8th and 11th Alabama Infantry Regiments, and the 47th North Carolina Infantry Regiment.
