From the Tatum Family Business Records. A letter from Thomas Donovan, director of the Division of Advisory Committees for the New York World's Fair 1939, to W. O. Tatum. The letter regards a reply to Tatum's inquiry about the National Advisory Committee for the State of Mississippi. Donovan states that serving on the committee does not entail any financial obligations and will not take up any valuable time. Several others have been asked to serve on the board as well. The board will only advise on any matters pertaining to the State of Mississippi and it's citizens.
