Lyndon Johnson, wearing sandals and belted tunic with an hour glass tied from the waist, has entered an office through a door labeled "Agencies." He is carrying sharpened pencils and an oversized book labeled "Write history of Johnson administration now!" A tag hanging from the book is labeled "Rush." Johnson is handing the book to a harried looking man sitting at a desk in the office. A stack of papers on the desk is labeled "Agency work."

Letters on the chart spell out "ABM vote crucial" on the first three lines and "National defense" on the fourth and fifth lines. An elderly man labeled "Congress" looks at the chart and says, "Sorry, can't see below the third line."
