Description: From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. A bulldog sits on a sidewalk before a brick wall that has two large signs. The dog is trying to turn his head back and forth to see the signs and is confused at the messages. One sign reads, "Keep your eyes open for antics of the mayor, his appointees and all other city employees." The other sign reads, "…except all other municipal elected officials, including councilmen and judges."
