The dog is trying to turn his head back and forth to see the signs and is confused at the messages. The other sign reads, "…except all other municipal elected officials, including councilmen and judges."

The truck is filled with dirt [?] and a shovel is stuck into it. Edwards has driven the truck into the corner of a building that is already almost broken down. Rubble, loose bricks, and large stones block the path of the truck. Outside the building is a sign labeled, "Civil service," and a man stands in the doorway. Edwards says, "Oops!"
