Description: From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. A large man is carried on a stretcher from an ambulance to “Baton Rouge emergency entrance” of a hospital by three ambulance attendants. One of the attendants holds an IV bottle. The man is covered by a blanket labeled “Big Charity” and wears doctor’s reflective head gear. The cartoon caption reads, “Crisis time again.”
