Description: From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. Louisiana governor John McKeithen is dressed as an artist (smock and tam). He stands before a large canvas on an artist's easel with a small cabinet with painting supplies nearby. On the canvas is painted a big dollar sign with the words, "We need $100 million." McKeithen swings his fist down and says, "I don't care what the critics say...I still say it's Art!"
