Description: From the AAEC Editorial Cartoon Collection. Cartoon by Eldon Pletcher. New Orleans mayor Ernest Morial is in City Hall, and he is shown cutting his eyes out a large window at a souped-up drag racer below him on the street. The car is labeled, "Hit-the-road-use-tax" and is being driven by a man who is wearing head gear labeled, "Giarrusso." Mr. Giarusso is revving the motor, "Var-r-ro-o-m-m-m," and the car is emitting exhaust. Morial is saying, "Something's gotta be done about those damn dragsters!"
